When we drink beverages such as coffee and soda, it will leave behind some unwanted toxins for our skin and hair, drinking water will help remove these and put back the nutrients that we need. People of ages need to drink water, even young children. The earlier you start them on drinking water instead of drinks loaded with sugars and caffeine, the more they will choose water over these drinks. People who work outdoors in the heat and sun need to drink plenty of water to. The more you sweat, the more your body looses hydration. Water can keep your from dehydrating and will help cool your body down better than any carbonated sugar drink. The quality of water that we drink is also very important. Try to stay away form water that has chlorine and synthetic chemicals in it. If we drink water with all the chemicals in it, that makes our liver and kidneys work harder by filtering out the bad toxins and could eventually damage our vital organs. If we drink plenty of good, healthy, clean water than we are sure to help give our body what it needs to maintain a longer and healthier lifestyle. So drink your caffeine and tasty sugar beverages, but be sure to follow it up with a least three glasses of fresh, cold, healthy water.
