Facials. Tips for Facials - Continued

Continued from Facials. Tips for Facials

Still another type of facial that you can use at home for oily types of skin is the use of warm water and yeast. If you have bread yeast in a package or in a jar, a tablespoon of yeast, and a half-cup of water, mixed and then put over your face is how you start.

Then you will allow the water to dry for about ten to fifteen minutes. Wash off with warm water without soap, soap takes away the natural cleaning and tightening of the water and yeast for cleaning your skin. Your oily problem will not be a problem today.

If you have really dry skin there are a few things that you can do to help your face clear up and smooth out as well. What you want to use is a mixture of two tablespoons of whole milk and two tablespoons of honey together. It will take some mixing but you can mix this together and then put over your face.

Let the mixture dry for about ten minutes, and then wash away with a warm water. This is going to help soften your skin without problems. This is a messy type of facial but really well worth the efforts!

The mayo is great for removeing dead skin because of the vinigar in it, however with inflamed or irritated skin it apply's more oil into the face therefore filling the already irritated areas with more oils naturally expanding breakouts.. Vinigar will remove dead skin just as good with out the breakout.
When useing vinigar always remember to use coconut oil pea size amout to add moisture into the skin. I would use vinigar before bed, wash face in the morning than add coconut oil..
