Make your own gravy strainer with aluminum foil.  Tear a sheet of aluminum foil and place several small holes with a fork.  Form the aluminum foil in the shape of a bowl and then pour the gravy in the bowl shape strainer.  The small holes that you’ve placed in the aluminum foil will catch larger lumps and leave you will lump free gravy.  Just toss away after you’ve strained the gravy for easy clean up.
