Using A Tennis Ball

It’s hard to believe that such simple items will also have many other uses than the one that it’s intended for.  Who would of known the many uses in which you could use a tennis ball?  Open up your imagination and you can come up with many others also.  Take a look at these ideas for using a tennis ball:

  • Use in the laundry room.  That’s right tossing a few tennis balls in the dryer along with comforters and down coats.  Using tennis balls in your dryer will fluff comforters, large blankets and down coats.  You may also add one or two tennis balls to regular loads of laundry to keep your laundry fluffed and static free.  Tennis balls not only fluff your laundry they also control static cling.

  • Use to protect your toddler.  You can protect your toddler by cutting a slit in the tennis ball and placing on the corners or tables, televisions and coffee tables.  The corners will be cushioned by the tennis balls, which will prevent your child from getting seriously hurt.

  • Move furniture easier with tennis balls.  By cutting holes or slits in a tennis ball you can slide onto the table legs, couch legs or etc.  Having these tennis balls on the legs of larger furniture will make moving it around much easier and also prevents scraping and scratching of your floor.

  • Use for a massage.  Construct a wonderful creation for a simple massage.  By taking an old knee high sock, then put a few tennis balls into the sock, then tie a knot at each end or secure each end with a rubber band.  Holding on to each end of the sock you will be able to massage your back by moving it up and down.

  • Use to stop your car.  Does parking your car in the garage take a lot of guesswork?  Do you have to keep jumping out and looking to see how close you are to the wall?  If this sounds like you why not stop all this craziness by following a few simple steps.  Take a tennis ball and hang from the ceiling by a long string or rubber band.  Place this tennis ball so that it’ll hit a certain spot on your windshield so you will know that it’s time to stop.  This is such a great idea with out having to waste the time stopping and going until you get close enough.
