Like many other items that you use aluminum foil isn’t just for covering up your casserole dish to keep your dinner warm. It is true for other common household items that you use.
Aluminum foil is rather inexpensive so on your next trip to the grocery store stock up so you have several boxes on hand to keep from running out. Buying the store brand foil is just as useful as the brand name foil. Both kinds of foil will hold up well for any of these jobs. Using aluminum foil can be helpful and less expensive.
Try using aluminum foil instead of dryer sheets. Just tear a sheet of aluminum foil, roll it up and toss it in the dryer with your clothes to control static cling. Why use expensive dryer sheets when you can control static cling just as well with aluminum foil which also cost less than dryer sheets.
Use aluminum foil instead of using brillo pads. I hate using a brillo pad to clean my pans just to have them turn rusty and gross never to be able to use again. Roll up a piece of aluminum foil and use it as you would use a brillo pad. You will be amazed at how well the aluminum foil works at getting burned on grime off of your pans and dishes.
To keep the after dinner clean up at a minimal use aluminum foil to line your cookie sheets and casserole dishes. Lining these items will take away the need to scrub and clean cooked on food simply lift the foil from the pans or trays and simply toss away saving hours on clean up.
Use aluminum foil as a cupcake tray. Just form a sheet of aluminum foil into the shape of a cupcake and place on a cookie sheet. The use of two sheets of aluminum foil may be needed.
Need a gift wrapped in a rush and no wrapping paper to use? Use aluminum foil to wrap up any gift. Since the shiny look of aluminum foil is universal it can be used to wrap any kind of gift that you have for either a boy or girl.
The clean up after a party can take hours but using aluminum foil can eliminate the time you take cleaning up. Save cardboard boxes to help you. Cutting a side off the cardboard box and wrapping it with aluminum foil you will have easy and fancy looking meat platters, vegetable trays, cheese platters and cookie trays. These trays can be easily tossed after the party is over.
